COVID-19 Guidelines & Information

We are doing our best to provide a low risk environment for this conference, but we understand that COVID-19 is still a very real threat. For our complete COVID-19 policy, as well as that of our host hotel, please visit this page.

A city such as Houston is proud to have two airports to serve your transportation needs in joining us here for the conference, and Houston remains the only city in the Western Hemisphere with two 4-star rated airports.

George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) sits 22 miles north of town and is a hub for United Airlines and serves the majority of international flights.
William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) sits 11 miles to the southeast and is the Southwest Airlines Hub.

Both airports have world class amenities including shopping and dining options and have quick highway access to the downtown area, so utilize either airport for your travel needs. All of the events for the conference will be confined to the Downtown area and are easily accessible by walking or a short rideshare trip, meaning no need for a rental car (unless a day trip to NASA or Galveston is among your plans).
