World-renowned celebrity chef and restaurateur Richard Sandoval conceptualized Bayou & Bottle as his first Texas venture, bringing a chic bourbon bar to the downtown area and serving flavorful cuisine inspired by Houston's melting pot of cultures. Located on the first floor of the hotel, this downtown gem features a global selection of 200-plus whiskies and bourbons. Bayou & Bottle is a destination bar, complete with expertly curated bourbon tasting flights, vintage barware, large TVs to catch the game, and personalized bourbon lockers where the most discernible bourbon connoisseurs can store their favorite bottles.

Chef Richard Sandoval will be bringing his award-winning global Pan Latin Steakhouse concept to Four Seasons Hotel Houston. Rooted in the celebration of the vibrant flavors and convivial dining culture of Central and South America, Toro Toro will offer guests a twist on the contemporary steakhouse experience with Pan-Latin flavors from Rodizio-style Churrasco and creative shareable small plates.

A: You can register right now! Use the Book Now button just above the hotel's welcome letter. Many of you will start arriving on Wednesday or Thursday morning of the conference week, but you can arrive as early as Monday, November 15, 2021 at the same rate of $200 per night.

Q: Where can we park?
A: The hotel offers Valet parking with in/out privileges, $25 per day, $38 for overnight.

Q: Will I be charged when I book?
A: No, but 72 hours before the event, the hotel will pace a hold on your card you book with for the first room night. Additionally, upon check-in, a $100 hold for amenities will be placed on your card.
